Missouri Democrats are worried about Kansas. They fear messages bleeding over the border will scare some of their voters away from the polls. In particular, theyre nervous about a highly visible advertising campaign telling Kansans theyll need a picture ID to cast their ballots this year. Pictures arent required to vote in Missouri, in part because Gov. Jay Nixon vetoed a photo ID law last year

Sounds like good news to me!
I really enjoyed telling a KC Star salesman out in front of Wal-Mart the other day exactly why I do not and will not subscribe to their paper. I told him I don’t read or watch the left-wing agenda driven media. The salesperson tried to tell me the KC Star doesn’t have a liberal bias and is not partisan. I just looked at him in disbelief, shook my head, and walked off. He acted like he thought I was the ignorant one.
The only votes that a voter ID law supresses are ILLEGAL ALIEN votes.
For liberals, let me say that again:
illegal aliens
and again
illegal aliens.
Keep it up, dim-bulb-crats, you want CW-II, you’re gonna get CW-II. ‘Cept after we win this one, we don’t plan to be as generous as Honest Abe.
Let the border war begin. Let’s party like it’s 1856.
that’s not suppression. supression is preventing people from voting. just being too incurious to go to the polls is not suppression. These dolts don’t realize their candidate is not popular.
This is a little “out there”.. but I believe we are living in
a time that is very similar to the period between 1854 and
1860, when the Kansas Nebraska Act (which was supposed to
settle the question of whether new states would be slave or
free) inflamed the emotions of Kansans and Missourians over
slavery, and would - eventually- plunge the U.S. into civil
war. But it all started with the Kansas-Missouri border wars.
It’s just that now, this emotional boiler pot is nationwide
and slowly getting hotter.
And so it begins. DemocRAT lawyers are ready to descend on Missouri and other states like locusts beginning Wednesday morning, filing recount petitions, claiming Romney stole the election.
I’m from Kansas and am proud of our AG. He campaigned on opposing Obamacare mandates, cracking down on illegal immigration and the necessity of voter ID laws.
Also people who like dropping by polling places and picking a name off the register. "Yeah, I'm Ming Yao. Give me my ballot."
They must have already picked a judge.
During the primaries, the more corrupt democRat won by just a few votes, and it was documented that he received more than that few from illegal Somalis.
From Ras today - the feelings toward 0bama are getting more and more polarized. The Strong Approves are way up as are the Strong Disapproves.
No matter which way it goes, there are going to be a sizable number of people mad about the results.
I hope to be the object of the “mad at” instead of the person who is “mad at” the other side.
” And so it begins. DemocRAT lawyers are ready to descend on Missouri and other states like locusts beginning Wednesday morning, filing recount petitions, claiming Romney stole the election.”
There was an FR post a few days ago, stating that Obama has hired lawyers from all over the country to “monitor” voting......There WILL be trouble. Count on it.
The Show Me State?
ROTFLAMO
Just in case we need a reminder that Democrats haven't changed much in 150+ years...
Republicans fought against slavery, and fought for all citizens to be treated equally. Men from Missouri crossed the border into Kansas, and stuffed the ballot boxes to make sure that candidates friendly to THEIR opinion would be elected. (See multiple voting today.)
Then the Civil War ended, and the Antebellum Amendments were added to the Constitution. Democrats invented Jim Crow laws, to once again treat people differently by race. (See Affirmative Action laws today.)
MO won't be close enough for 0bama to challenge. Saw a liberal poll this morning (had 0bamaclaire up +15) that showed 0 down 7. Best hope would be for the ads to keep vote fraud down in KC so Rep can win some of the closer statewide records.
"0bamaclaire"...LOL! Love it!
When you ARE a left wing wacko, the news isn't biased or partisan in any way.
Missouri Democrats blame Kansas voter id law for suppressing Voter Fraud efforts in Missouri.
Kansans were right then and now.
If and when the democrats start with the cheating crap then the republicans need to counter IMEDIATELY with the same. In general the sheeple are not too bright. They just believe the ones making the most noise. The democrats claiming cheating is just about the most pathetic thing that there is. They are the masters of cheating, and they have corrupted the law in every way to make sure that they can cheat.
I did this with two local newspapers so far! The first one is a Gannett owned newspaper called the Democrat and Chronicle here in Rochester NY. A very “liberal looking” (you know the type, white beard, earring, aging hippie/professor) type was handing out free newspapers and was hard selling the subscriptions. I told him no way that it was way too leftist. He looked pissed.
Today I get a call from my local newspaper called “The Finger Lakes Times” that has an opinion page full of left leaning whack jobs (anti-fracking, pro-obama crowd)
I had written in once that I am cancelling, but they kept sending me the paper. She asked why I’m cancelling and I told her “too leftist.” It was though I had just stuffed a sock in her mouth. You could almost hear the pretention on the other end! BWA HA HA!
NeverForgetBataan, the wars fought between the free states and the slave states gave Kansas its nickname: Bloody Kansas.
What? Missouri’s now afraid that Kansas claim jumpers won’t jump any claims? It’s like the civil war moving in reverse (read my novel: United America, 2014 under pseudonym Ben Maxwell, available on Amazon).
Now it’s the Don’t Show Me state.
