All true, but I worry that the poster might not know all that. I’d wager that 99% of all DIY silencers did not comply with the unfortunate law.
Well, if that’s the case, yeah...he’d be looking at 25 in the federal pen!
Hopefully, he being a Freeper, he went the legit route.
