It won’t happen without sincere and sustained GOP outreach.
Clearly, these are Americans anxious to work, be productive and earn a decent wage to take care of their families. Having no resources, they cannot move to another community.
They have been ‘used’ by Democrats and now they know it.
If they are watching the white, working class victims of Sandy they certainly can see comparisons to the Katrina victims and draw the conclusion that the Federal Government is too big and pretty useless.
I have a question for Freepers:
When has obama ever referred to himself as Black or African-American?
Perhaps there are obvious instances of this, but I have Googled it and found none. I did find where he has referred to himself as “mixed”.
Can anyone here link to a quote where he refers to himself as Black?
“There are no Republicans in this community”
“It’s all black democrats”
“Take Us for granted”
“Most elected leaders don’t live in the community”
“President policies are failing the community - no support - will pray about it - but will vote for that person...”
“Community base organizations are taking the money and not filing the paperwork - -the union won’t let us in...The union doesn’t work for us - they are prejudice!”
These quotes are great and true!!!
This is what they know, but not what they feel. Check the voting percentage of this community in a week, and my prediction is that they vote 92% Democratic.
Just like Her Thighness(”ah don feel no ways tired”) or Algore in a hellfire and brimstone Black preacher impersonation, THEY BETRAYED YOU! THEY PLAYED UPON YOUR FEARS!
I hope not — I hope they finally see that the democrats use govt housing - and restrictive living areas as a form of enslavement and basically containment...
I hope these last 4 yrs have opened everyone’s eyes...for the better!
