Nice analysis. I’m still not buying the fact that 9% of Republican will vote for Obama but that’s cancelled out by the 9% of Democrats that are said to be voting Romney.

2 points i see and want to address. The 3% D staying home and 3% of D switching to Indy does not bode well for Obama. the "stay home" vote will probably bump be 4%-5% on election day if trend is correct.

The final analysis has Indy breaking less than 2 - 1 for Romney. I would expect this to be over 2-1 on election day.

I was in Washoe County last weekend. I saw about 20 times the Romney signs than Obama. I drove by a house in Reno that I almost bought (bank owned) a few years ago. The person that bought the house lived a few houses down. After buying the house they walked away from their other home. This person had one of the few Obama signs in the neighborhood. Outside Carson City I saw a Toyota Prius with a sticker “Woman for Mitt”!
