Sad part is that we will have a lot of “Fiscal Conservatives” siding with Soros to take away benefits from our military and our military vets.

As a military vet, and, in a family with many military vets (retired, disabled war vets), I do not want to see benefits taken from military. Unlike welfare recipients....military service members EARNED their benefits. Military people make lots of sacrifices (including not being able to make more income in the private sector)...and should not have benefits reduced

But, like with some of the other things “Fiscal Conservatives” agree on with Soros (Free trade, Globalism, income taxes over tariffs/sales taxes)...you can bet they will go after the military.

I’m no Soros fan, but am a military vet with two post-911 deployments.

When it comes to combat vets, I would agree with your points entirely. IMO, pencil pushers who do their 20 typing on a computer should probably have their benefits cut. Anybody who’s been in the service knows there’s some pretty cush jobs where it’s in late out early and lots of free time and never getting dirty. Why should someone do 20 doing power point presentations and then go work in the private sector AND collect a pension AND health bennies at age 39? It doesn’t make much sense.

The best military in the world doesn’t need to be the most bloated military in the world.
