I’m really leaning towards him just being a loudmouth.

No one can be so dumb as to admit that he voted 4 times, and then plan on doing it again ON HIS FACEBOOK ACCOUNT.

Not only is his name now famous, he will likely be stopped at the next polling place he enters.
