It ain't just the White House.......it's the entire Federal Apparatus which fully understands through and through that they do better with Socialism/Communism than with Constitutional Government.

There's a generations worth of Federal Freedom Fighting to be done....an hopefully can.all be accomplished with the ballot box and the jury box.

There should be term limits on the House of Reps. & the Senate as well as Federal Agency Heads and the first 10 layers of Federal employees. Federal employees should pay for their own retirements i.e. IRAs & 401ks and/or profit sharing (If the budget has a deficit they lose and if it has a surplus they win). That might teach them to save our money instead of wasting it.

I recall Obama talking about how the SCOTUS wasn't radical enough in relaxing the restrictions the Constitution places on government. He was referring to the Constitution as a document of "negative rights." The problem is that he completely misunderstands the entire concept of the Constitution, and that's due to his misunderstanding of the role of the government, as it was founded in the USA.

He was talking about the "government's rights." Of course, that concept is 180 degrees out of sync with the concepts of government as layed out in the Declaration of Independence. Human beings have rights, granted by our Creator. Governments are granted powers by the consent of the governed (again, as per the Declaration of Independence.) This is a huge problem for any "statist." Obama's complaint was that the government didn't have enough "rights" to allow the government to do whatever those in power want to do.

This is a big part of the basis of the sheer lawlessness and disregard for the law of the Obama regime. Since the Constitution puts constraints on the government (or in Obama's language, "the rulers") all one needs to do is simply ignore the Constitution. And then ignore the screams of congress who will wring their hands while simpering about how bad you're being. But not to worry, since the ministry of propaganda will cover for you.

The thing that I really don't get is that while people claim many of Obama's beliefs and political identity come a hatred of colonialism, he doesn't seem to have a problem with the absolute worst of totalitarianism, at least not as long as he and his puppet-masters are "in charge." It can't be explained logically, but I think it can be explained psychologically, with more than a tiny hint of mental illness.
