Ah feel yer pain, friend.
I'm the sole conservative in a large family of liberals. Over the years, I've done my best to lead them to the 'water', but as yet, none have chosen to drink. Enlightening others can be a thankless and unrewarding task sometimes.
I have no doubt as to which way this election is going to go, and I know that my liberal brethren will be at least somewhat saddened that the man they invested so much hope in, turned out to be a weak, fraudulent, over-promising, under-delivering, petty, sniveling, paper thin, Hollywood cut-out of a man.
But I'll tell you something. They all realized it during Obama's first eighteen months in office. The 'thrill' has been gone for a long time with them, and they haven't known what to do about it. I don't know whether any of them will secretly cross over in this election, but I honestly wouldn't be surprised if there are a few defections.
That said, I don't have my hopes up that any of them will learn a thing from Obama's disastrous term in office. But, perhaps....who knows.
yeah I have always felt like Marilyn in the munster family
