Let me give you a clue, if Romney wins nobody cares. Texas will go for Romney so nobody is going to sue.

IF Obama were to win, he still would not take Texas so there would be NO investigation into any illegal activity.

Total waste of time.

And here's one for you. If these illegal acts are sued and/or prosecuted in the way that they should, the NAACP will find that they don't have the resources to do what they really want but have to spend them defending themselves and trying to keep the responsible parties out of prison.

End result - this sort of illegal activity gets cut way down, if the law is enforced uniformly, including in districts having hotly contested elections. So, no waste of time at all.
