Did anyone see Romney’s speech from somewhere in Iowa (I think) this forenoon? I was pleasantly surprised with whom I saw prominantly standing in the front row behind Mitt as he spoke.
None other than “The King” himself: Richard Petty, wearing one of his trade mark cowboy hats. Happy to see it!
My wife told me the old Nascar guy in the fancy hat was with Romney today and I said Richard Petty and she said yep...
