Agreed. Christie came across like an overwraught, over-emotional teen-age girl. Not a leader.

Come to think of it, I’m reminded of a tv appearance (on Leno, maybe?), in which Christie was asked his opinion on Palin, and he contorted his face into some dorky gag-me-with-a-spoon reaction. Juvenile, girly. and pathetic.

Much more impressed with the way Bobby Jindal comported himself, when disaster struck.

Christie threw his future away because he is scared of Cory Booker in his reelection forthcoming. He did not need to blow Obama on national TV. He could have just stayed polite. The Sphajeem (sic) Jr. across the river did not put on a wig and mascara and bend over for Obama, but the fat one did. We saw how the Dems act in a similar situation with Katrina, in lock step. From top to bottom they savaged W. They kept on hammering us to victory in 2008. Our side, unfortunately, can never get beyond the need to be liked, not even loved, by the other side. It is the Repubs fatal disorder. I'm in the middle of this disaster, and the government has done jack. Private contractors are crisscrossing the state,NJ, rebuilding as soon as the waters receded. FEMA is no where in sight, and I have been in 7 counties, no sign of the government. I see roofers, plumbers, general contractors on the job putting the mess back together, no FEMA, no Red Cross. But our side is letting the Dems take full credit for the recovery. Its a damn shame.
