The Lexington Herald is very liberal. In 30 years, I cannot remember the last time they endorsed a republican.

Wow, that’s a major biggie. In the way of votes in Kentucky it doesn’t mean much because KY usually goes Republican. But the Lex Herald-Liberal is extremely liberal. I’ll bet Merlen Davis (racist columnist) is livid. I hope she writes a nasty racist column about her boss going of the plantation and get’s her bigoted self fired. It has always amazed me how liberal the paper is being in a majority Republican state.
There goes the 100% of the BLACK VOTE for Obama. (Now, I think it is 99.9%)
In such cases as this, one could say “better late than never”.
