It’s a scam .
Axelrod sent out the directive to massage polls and use sandy as the excuse !
Sandy is old news now except for the mess created by govt .

As for Ras , his state by state polling record is pretty bad only his natl poll is accurate and it means nothing this year .

Ras is still using a very inaccurate + 4 Dem sample and for no reason .
He refuse to state why he uses it .
