Hard to believe the exact number of polled individuals produced the same results as 10/11-10/13. Maybe the article was a copy and paste, and they forgot to update the numbers? The text reads well otherwise.

If you visit the Erie County GOP website, they do have posts dated older than Nov 2nd, and they seem to update posts daily (I just went back about 5 pages using the "older posts" link). I still don't know if there is a new PA poll or not.
