I may have considered letting in a crazy Asian woman, but that would have probably been my wife. Other than that probably not, any one trying to break into my home is assumed to be of poor character and not deserving of hospitality, even during a storm. And yes, during Katerina there were tons of single women looters and during the Rodney King Riots here in LA there were again tons of single women looters.
