They should have shut down the whole Penn State athletic department entirely, and taken any and all money they had and given it to the families of these poor boys.

Then they should have been thrown out of the Big 10.

The fact that these kids were being mauled during all those years at Penn State is disgusting, and the cover up is worse. I feel bad that JoPa wasn't slapped into prison jammies and put in prison to rot with his butt buddy Sandusky.
