Eric Holder tied to abortionist accused of malpractice, patient’s death, and Medicaid fraud

WASHINGTON, D.C., October 31, 2012, (LifeSiteNews.com) – Documents uncovered by pro-life activists show that Attorney General Eric Holder is tied to an abortionist who has been accused of defrauding Medicaid, killing a woman during a botched abortion, and allowing another woman’s child to die due to sub-par medical care.

Critics say this apparent conflict of interest may explain his obsession with prosecuting peaceful pro-life activists.

Government documents show that Eric Holder’s wife and sister-in-law rented facilities to abortionist Tyrone Cecil Malloy.

Dr. Sharon Malone Holder, an OB-GYN, and Margie Malone Tuckson of Minneapolis, owned the College Park, Georgia, property that housed Malloy’s Old National Gynecology, an abortion facility.

Confronted by investigators, the women denied ownership. “I don’t own this property, and my sister does not own this property,” Margie Malone Tuckson explained to Watchdog.org, because “we are not technically on this deed.”

Instead, the sisters transferred ownership to a blind trust on August 27, 2009. They are the trust’s only two trustees.

“Now we understand why Eric Holder is so bent on wrongfully prosecuting peaceful pro-life advocates,” Dana Cody, executive director of the Life Legal Defense Foundation, told LifeSiteNews.com.

“It looks to me like the attorney general and his wife are in business with the abortion industry,” Operation Rescue President Troy Newman said

A DeKalb County jury indicted Malloy and his former office manager, CathyAnn Edwards Warner, last December for defrauding Medicaid of $400,000. The government charges that Malloy lied saying that he had administered ultrasounds, when he actually performed abortions.

Malloy’s patients suffered from those services, as his prior brushes with the law show.

A 23-year-old woman – who had anemia and a trait of sickle-cell – came to Malloy for an abortion at 25-weeks. She suffered a heart attack after the procedure, and emergency room surgeons found she had suffered a punctured uterus. She died shortly afterward.

In January 2009, the State Board of Medical Examiners reprimanded Malloy for his role in the death but allowed him to continue practicing.

Five years earlier, the same board ruled that Malloy “failed to conform to the minimum standard of acceptable and prevailing medial practice” after a pregnant woman lost her child, because she was not given a c-section quickly enough.

Although Holder has turned a blind eye to abortion extremism, his zealous prosecutions of pro-life activists has caused a federal judge to speculate about “a concerted effort between the Government and” abortion providers.

Cody told LifeSiteNews a dark future awaits if Barack Obama is re-elected.

“Between the most pro-abortion president in American history, the 900-plus executive orders from [Obama], and the administration’s wrongful prosecution of those who oppose abortion via Eric Holder, the word ‘fascism’ comes to mind,” she said.

Fascism is EXACTLY what it is.

Seems reasonable to me. Holder is already tied to deaths and murder with his Fast and Furious scandal. Why not branch out into abortion?

This administration is as blackly evil as they come.

I can’t help but wonder, in view of all the stupid moves made by Obama’s campaign, whether God has had enough, and sent delusion upon them all.
