And that is, I think, very dubious, given that the president said he had instructions they are supposed to do everything they could to secure American personnel.”
The implications of this are profound. I wonder WHICH networks have them and if they were waiting for Sandy to pass before publicizing them.

Very strange comment. What would it have mattered if it was ‘terrorist’ or not??? Our consulate/CIA safe house was still being attacked!! This sounds like a cop out if I ever heard one and possibly a developing excuse the WH thinks is going to work. In other words..they think this is going to absolve them from the video masquerade and lies they have told. I can hear it now....’See..this proves that we thought it was not terrorist related...blah..blah...blah...and by the way we are not arming ‘terrorists’.’
Shouldn’t we indeed shoot back first and ask questions later when people are storming our embassies and killing our ambassador?
