The second drone was from OUTSIDE Libya —it came from SIGONELLA, Sicily...! It replaced the first drone that egressed owing to low fuel.

That’s important because a cross-border authorization can only come from POTUS. But the notion the relief drone would have been authorized by POTUS directly but remained UNARMED...?

That detail almost certainly would be something the President would have SPECIFIED...!

I’m saying that before he went to bed he must have said, “Just MONITOR the situation but DO NOT ATTACK”

Why would an intelligence operator ‘paint’ a target with a laser if the assets above were not armed? Who told him to start painting a target? Who would tell an operator to paint a target knowing a drone was unarmed? Conclusion: The drones were likely armed, they were trying to direct fire to the insurgency, and ‘someone’ did not authorize a counter-attack drone strike. Sound logical?
