Hey, thanks! Are you going to try and go to the Roanoke one? I’m hoping the one cancelled in Haymarket will still be rescheduled.

I would think he’d be in WI or CO or NV. This one should be locked up by now. Unless the hurricane is making them rethink their approach.

There is a discrepancy at the website. The Richmond/Doswell rally may actually be November 3.

LOL. Back with more concern I see.
You said the exact same thing last week when Romney was in Florida.

If it weren’t so disturbing I’d think your stalking was flattering.

Why is Obama now having to defend PA, MN, and WI (with a week to go) - three solid double digit blue states in 2008?
Shouldn’t those be locked up?

BTW: You never answered my question. Name me one incumbent who was at 47% with a week to go, and losing to his challenger - and who went on to win.

Sure but they are a heck of a lot easier to defend when your opponent is still campaigning in a state he should have had locked up weeks ago.

He did answer it, he just answered it incorrectly. ;)

I did answer. Bill Clinton. 1992. No Ross Perot this time around, though...

Point taken. But I'm not going to dig through 50 years of polling data to satisfy a straw man argument someone else just made up. Point is Romney is not leading outside the MOE in any swing state he needs to win. So I have no idea where this unmitigatged enthusiasm comes from around here other than wanting so much to believe in something.
That's fine, but just remember 2008. "McCain is closing the gap..." Right, right. Sure he is.

I do not think it is a problem. It still is going to be tougher than NC of FL to win VA despite a likely win.
It’s important to wrap up all states. I do hope they will hit up WI and NV again in addition to Ohio, but I think they will.
Colorado does have me uneasy due to recent polling there, but I think we pull it out there.

If the polls are adjusted, he is leading. Many are still significantly oversampling, though some are closer to reality now finally.
Even still, if it’s an even election like I think it will be, Romney will take any close state.
