How do these morons not get it??? If the cops are not there to stop you from stealing and destroying property there are no cops there to keep others from blowing your stupid a$$ away.
And after the fact there's no real good way to do a ballistics match on shotgun pellets. Wear gloves and long sleeves when you shoot, police up your spent shells, clean the weapon(s) thoroughly when done, discard gloves, shirt, and shells someplace that cannot be connected to you. Assumes no power for video surveillance in the area. May want to police up any cell phones left lying around by former owners, destroy and dispose of them too, just in case there were any pictures or video taken.
