was Petraeus the first ...to claim the video as a cause of the attack....would seem to be a good question.
Now I am scratching my head ....WHY?

I don’t know when Petraeus made his statement about the ‘video’ or when anyone else first used it to explain Benghazi. All I know is that the Cairo embassy and Hillbilly were the first to apologize for it beginning early in the day on Sept. 11th.
