That photo was taken by me yesterday (Sunday Oct.28th), in Cincinnati suburb on Beechmont Ave.. That is my sign that I stuck in a traffic cone, so I can hold a US Flag, and take photos!,,Notice, that, sadly, I added blood drops, and the infamous hand/blood streaks.
God gifted you with a creative mind. Too bad you have to use it describing tragic and traitorous events.
