Hundreds lend support to Royal Marines charged with murder
Hundreds of people today came out in support of five Royal Marines charged with murder - by holding a protest march near their barracks.

The crowd of around 300 waved ''Justice For The Five'' placards as they marched through Plymouth in Devon near the home of 3 Commando Brigade.
They held their march to support five marines who have all been charged with the murder of an unknown Afghan national.
The protest started at Devil's Point near the brigade's Stonehouse Barracks and travelled into the city centre.
Past veterans and people of all ages joined the peaceful protest to voice their views.
Most held placards such as ''British military betrayed'', "Doing your job is not murder" and many wore green lapel ribbons bearing the words "Free the 5''.
One protestor said: ''When is the Government going to support our military in their difficult job?

How long before these protestors are arrested, as were the members of the English Defence League (I think it’s called) were recently?

Two British soldiers have been shot dead by a man wearing Afghan police uniform in what appeared to be the latest green on blue attack where a rogue member of the Afghan forces has killed his allies.
So infuriating that our good men are slaughtered by these cowardly savages. God rest their souls.
