I could mail absentee votes in to 25 states a month before election day.
I could vote early in 25 states a week before election day.
I can drive to 5 states on election day.
That means I'd vote in almost every state -- I might miss 2 of them.

I could mail absentee votes in to 25 states a month before election day. Only if you're not in the military and deployed. In that case all your ballots will happen to burn up in transit and no big effort will be made to resupply the troops in time for the election.
On welfare? Sure you get to vote as often as the bus can drive you from station to station.
Serve in harm's way? Too bad. You don't count. You get to fight for the rights of the welfare queen.
