SNIPPET: The police arrested Davit Ashary, 19; Herman Styono, 22; and Yanto,whose age was not immediately available, on Jl. Palmerah Barat II at around 11 a.m. on Saturday, drawing the attention of local residents, among them Udiyanto, the neighborhood chief.”
