The man was/is. ..totally derelict in his duty. I would call ‘Treason’. . .
Failure to defend the sovereign embassy is a failure to defend the USA. That’s a violation of the Oath of Office. Lying and covering it up - when does the crime cross into the realm of aiding and abetting the enemy, e.g. treason?
