The stuff is actually reported to grow hair along the entire lower eyelid and upper cheekbone. It is supposed to be applied at night and of course, it can smear and transfer to the cheek.

I asked an esthetician friend about using it for sparse eyebrows and she said: “Not unless you want to end up looking like Einstein.”

Rubbed on the forehead it opens the third eye, and gives it lashes and brows too?
