Don't know if Dereliction of Duty is an Impeachable Offense, but Treason certainly is ... and a "hanging" one at that.

And between this and his crack to Medvedev about "I'll have more flexibility after the election", he's got two counts of it.

Hang him twice.

It all depends on the make up and balls of the House of Representatives. Conviction depends on the make up and the balls of the Senate.

I say, Impeach, Convict, and then try him for treason, convict him and carry out the usual sentance for Treason.
