Would have been a good time for jury nullification. Based only on what I have read, it would have difficult to find a mother guilty for getting a little riled up over a pervert groping her and her teenage daughter. I assume there are some decent TSA workers, but I don't hold them in high regard as a group, based on numerous interactions with them.

I'm wondering if the Jury was told something along the lines of "you have to convict her of breaking the law" ... of course, given that the courts don't have to inform the jury of their power of nullification it's almost the same thing.
