I am confused. The transcript is released to the Globe..so they can write articles, editorials, columns about it...so why can't the ex-wife "comment" about what's in the paper?
What am I missing here?

Isn’t the transcript simply Romney’s testimony about the value of Staples? The gag order covers testimony by others that is not public in this case.
