There is no “there” there with these transcripts. No one cares about Romney’s testimony concerning the value of share of stock back in the 1980s.
It told me nothing was in them when Romney’s lawyer essentially shrugged and said “Release them.” If there was anything the least bit damaging in them, the campaign would have rushed dozens of lawyers to that court fighting tooth and nail for delays, injunctions, appeals etc.

I also wonder why no one has filed a case to release the sealed records Obama has been hiding regarding his entire past. If it is this easy to unseal records Obama's should have been unsealed years ago.

I see no reason why she can't just go ahead and file the motion to lift the gag order. I also see no reason why the judge wouldn't lift the gag order if requested to do so.
In all likelihood we will still get to see another one of those Gloria Glorious News-conferences and 15 minutes of coverage on all the MSM News shows. Plus Gloria on the Sunday talk shows just before the election.

Check out this Breitbart story on the ex-wife in this matter. They’ve got a bunch of quotes from her own blog and she just sounds like a looney, almost incoherent, at least in the excerpts. Perhaps if you follow her decades long tale of woe it makes sense.
And she certainly does hold a grudge against Romney.
I will add, out of my general sense of fairness, that I think writing a letter to your 12 year old to tell him you’re kicking him out of the family is pretty bad. These 2 actually sound like a match made, well, not in heaven.
She’s clearly a nut who lives to nurse and litigate her grievances and hubby’s on wife #3 so he can’t be much a prize either.

So the Boston Globe is getting the transcripts? Do they have to follow the gag order? What’s to stop them from printing their interpretation of the transcripts (with help from Allred behind the scenes)?
Does anyone have the date of the testimony? From a historical perspective, the IPO was under $1.00. Six months later, it was 2/3 of that. This sure sounds like an over-valued stock to me.
