I wonder how many people bailed on Apple a decade ago?
It would seem to me that the court would welcome Romney’s opinion, but an independent analysis would be required by a disinterested party.
So if I read this correctly, Alred and that ex-wife’s team, and the NYTimes/Globe team can’t speak publicly about what they read in the transcript, but she can read the transcript. If they do, they are subject to punishment in Mass family court. Oh, that should be a deterrent.
So there is no guarantee that someone won’t leak any testimony or even falsify testimony and then “leak” it to make Romney look bad and Romney can’t counter because he is under a gag order. Correct?
I say either real or fake testimony makes it to the front pages on Sunday.
