Brilliant observation. People die in houses too - but murder and suicide are considered ‘macabre histories’.
I believe in some jurisdictions you are required to disclose any such histories when listing a house for sale.
That may be, but it wouldn’t stop me from purchasing or using the property.
I don’t believe in “evil spirits” occupying a dwelling....well, except for the White House.....
