The President hit Mitt Romney for flip-flopping today on the campaign trail in Iowa saying you can look at videotape of his past positions and not see flip-flops. The President, however, has engaged in his own of political gymnastics as well. [VIDEOS OF OBAMA"S FLIP FLOPS AVAILABLE AT THE LINKS.]
Obama in 1996: Answers a questionnaire and says he supports banning assault weapons, handguns. Now he claims to be against.
Obama in 2004: My religious faith dictates marriage is between a man and a woman, gay marriage is not a civil right. Now he's for gay marriage.
Obama in 2004: We need to decriminalize our marijuana laws. In 2007 debate he said he opposed decriminalizing marijuana.
Obama in 2004: We need to end the Cuba embargo. Obama never touched it as president--Florida is an important swing state afterall.
Obama in 2007: The Bush Administration "hides behind executive privilege." He later asserted it on Fast and Furious.
Obama in 2008: I oppose an individual mandate when Hillary was proposing it during the Dem. primary. Then became for it as president.
