IIRC there used to be a saying to the effect that the US would be in good shape as long as we had the three Generals. Time marches on.

But the full horribleness of the GM story is even worse.

People who buy and sell GM vehicles since early 2009 are dealing in stolen goods. The only reason it is legal is that Obama and a bunch of politicians, auto execs, and many craven Americans think it is okay to steal when it is expedient for their purposes.
