It’s ridiculous. Moran was asked questions and he answered but always saying it would be hard to get around the law. It was obvious he was just answering questions and also said it would be better to get those people to the polls. I instructed in election law and if I had been asked those questions, I would have said the same thing. Explaining how something might be done, does not mean one would do it.

I think you’re right. Moran proved that he didn’t care, he gave advice but he never crossed the line of telling the guy he should do it. Close but no cigar.

So if you had someone come to you, open a paper bag and pull out little papers with names and addresses and tell you they were going to vote on behalf of these people, you would answer their questions on how to do it?
