What they could have had is a platoon from FAST Company. Its their job to augment the MSG’s that work the embassies and assist the State Dept in securing the facilities.
They are trained and equipped to fight, unlike the MSG”s that are there to protect classified material.
If FAST personnel were on the ground and put out a help call, the Marines would have shown up and put a serious hurting on the bad guys. One would think, at least. But with the current clowns in this administration, they probably would have called off the QRF.
Clinton asked the American people who they wanted to answer the phone at 300am. Well, the American people got their answer on Sept 11, 2012. Neither she nor obama would answer the phone. As much as I hate to admit it, she could have been a damn hero if she had had taken decisive action. But, she proved she’s nothing but a coward, just like obama and her husband.
