My best guesses:
1. Obamugabe is a pansy when it comes to standing up against China, and China is a big source of inventory for Wal-Mart. If Obamugabe played tough with China, China might "punish" Wal-Mart by slowing down their product distribution.
2. Obamugabe hates capitalism, but most of his hatred, for now, is targeted toward SMALL businesses...and Wal-Mart is likely big enough and rich enough to weather four more years. Besides, if small businesses in America are strangled to death by Obamugabe, Wal-Mart can more easily get a bigger share of the market.

Tariffs on less costly foreign goods don’t work and never have. The only victims of such economic punishment would be those who shop at Wal-Mart, whose costs of providing for their families would then rise.

Bingo. The thing that Big Business fears most of all is the free market: they love capitalism when they themselves were struggling to become Big; once they succeed, however, they fear competition from upstarts who want to knock them off their perch. It’s much easier for Big Business to be a crony to Big Government than it is to compete constantly in the free market.
That’s why big, established businesses often lobby in favor of government regulation in their own industries; it imposes an economic hurdle that smaller, more innovative, upstart businesses cannot pass.
Wallmart shoppers already stupidly support China, why not Obama? / s
Rob Walton (son) is the chairman. His full name is Samuel Robert Walton, so I guess the reporter could call him Sam.
hmmm...I smell a shakedown...
I thought Sam Walton was dead, does he have a son also named Sam?
I recently set up a computer workstation in my back room.
I searched 3 different Walmarts for a computer stand/desk.
Not happy with ANY of the CRAP they had, I just built my own. Came out WAY better and cost $10 (2-2x2’s at Home Depot, some screws). Everything else was scavenged. Now painted, it even looks good.
Dont matter. My wife (the lib) still won’t shop there.
