I was interested in the response from FR - part of me is laissez faire but I do believe there needs to be some food regulation laws that generally keep sellers honest. I don’t believe Monsanto is interested in healthy food and this is one way to push back on their ruthless monopoly.

There is laissez faire, then there is Love Canal. Anyone who wants to rid ourselves of all government oversight is quite simply mad. Big business has shown it’s contempt for mankind as much as the Government.

I want to know what I’m eating. And why people want ME to not question what I eat is beyond me.
