Wow - I thought you were accurate when you stated that Scarborough was a RINO when in Congress. That is so far off base I am shocked.
In responding to cripplecreek below, I looked up Sen.Brown’s ACU ratings and then when I re-read your comment, said “I wonder what Scarborough’s rating was?”. Turns out that he had an ACU rating of 95.5! That’s not a fluke, either: his ADA rating was 12.5.
I wonder what happened to him?
