Updated at 2:37 p.m. ET: Police were looking for a suspect after several people were shot at a hair salon near a mall Sunday morning in the Milwaukee area, witnesses and police said.
Multiple ambulances were at the scene near Brookfield Square in Brookfield, about 10 miles west of Milwaukee, NBC station WTMJ of Milwaukee reported. Four people were being treated at Froedtert Memorial Hospital, none of them in critical condition, and three more were expected, Beth Strohbusch, a spokeswoman for the hospital, told NBC News.

Just reported: shooter is estranged husband of one of the stylists at the salon. Black male, shaved head, 270 lbs, still at large.

2 FRee Republic links. Not much new news. Everything is still on lock down, including the hospital where the victims were taken.
Perp is a black male with shaved head. He’s 6 1” and 270 lbs. He’s the estranged husband of one of the stylists. On TV you could see patrons in spa robes standing in the parking lot of the salon. Owner of the salon is out of the country and they are trying to contact him/her via phone.
A wide area is on lock down. The salon is not located in the Mall, but the Mall is closed, as well as several surrounding streets and the hospital where the victims were evacuated. Most of this news is from the TV which keeps interrupting the Packer game to read these jbulletins.

It seems like most of the “husband shoots estranged wife at her workplace, along with several other women there” incidents take place at beauty salons and spas.

The city of Waukesha is next door to Brookfield, where Brookfield square mall is. They. Are both in Waukesha county.
