Excellent point ... unless Obama is a willing conspirator with the Islamists and Marxists who wish to bring the US down and doesn't need to be blackmailed.
I agree that extortion need not be used to induce Obama to conduct an Islamist-friendly foreign policy. If Romney does not raise this issue during the debate, then it should be raised in some campaign ads. All his campaign needs to do is argue that this is an example of Obama’s extremely poor judgment and naiveté when dealing with potential national security threats. Let others suggest what a foreign government might do (or might have done) to exploit this vulnerability.
