Something changed after Hicks went public with his story and contacted his congressmen. His story made international headlines.

Hicks said he still wants to know what happened and why, and he wants to recoup his expenses from the government. He has filed requests under the Freedom of Information Act for answers from the Transportation Security Administration and the Department of Homeland Security.

"They have not apologized nor given me any reason," Hicks said.

It is unconstitutional to restrict a persons right to travel or to utilize commerce to do so without due process of law and having been found guilty of a crime.

This is not the Soviet Union!

Years ago, I and a few million other people with the same common first name and surname were placed on a no fly list, which could be negotiated at the airport. A friend with the same first name, middle initial and surname warned be about being on the list.

I added Copies of my discharge papers from the Navy, copies of my NSG top secret clearance and a few other items that went with the NSG clearance.

I found out about being on the negotiable no fly list from a friend with the same first name, middle initial and last name. He told me that it apparently was an negotiable no fly list depending on the airport, who was stopping you, what id material you had, and your sales ability.

At first it was fun negotiating with the no fly or pain in the butt people at each airport. Then, it became a hassle.

My wife’s mother died, and we flew back to the midwest the next day. This triggered all types of alarms. Unknown to us, my wife was in the spotlight due to her not liking her first name, decades ago and going by her middle name. This was no problem until after 9/11 and driver’s licenses had to match your social security # which had to match the birth records used to get the social security card.

This caused all sorts of hassles whenever she flew. No one bothered to tell us of this problem until the Ca DMV refused to renew her driver’s and sent us to a SS office. That is another long story.

On the trip out the TSA blobess, actually was questioning my wife about the Ludlum book she had. I asked for her supervisor, handed her my id sale packet and asked her when TSA agents became testors for knowing about books.

On the trip back out of Midway, again we both were isolated and sent down a long hallway to a windowless room where the interogations began. I used my data and sat watching my wife being fondled by a lesbo.

I called the supervisor over and informed him that if this continued, he, his supervisor and the lesbian would be sued in civil court. The polite TSA guy, who had said I was okay, handed the supervisor my brochure.

Apparently, the supervisor was an ASA vet. He apologized and stopped the lesbo and told us to catch our flight. As we started back down the hallway. A Southwest Pilot came out of another closed room and was putting his shirt tail in his pants. They had stripped searched him. He was a retired AF pilot and still got manhandled.

Since then my wife got her SS # aligned with her birth names, a new Ca Driver’s license, and we had basically no problems with the copies of the passports.

We refuse to fly now, but we flew to Floriduh for a friend’s wedding during the liquid bomb scare. My wife had her copies of old and new passports, new Ca driver license, I had my id sales package.

In spite of enhanced security at all terminals, we showed our id stuff and were waved through while others were hassled.

Apparently, we were on some pre approved system.

We haven’t flown since then.

Obama’s jihadists have redirected the war on terror from Islamists and onto their political and social enemies in America.

This is how they treat military members, veterns and their families. Patriots are Obama’s domestic terrorist enemies.

When jihadists murdered the Libyan ambassador, Obama tried to blame it on a Chrsitian who made a video and that lie resulted in Christians being murdered by Islamist mobs.

When are Republicans going to get this abuse and treason to stop? Can they at least stop TSA from abusing and molesting people at the airports? Why is this subject of the left’s the abuse of power taboo?

When I talked to my b-i-l, who lives in Gulfport, I forgot to ask him if he knows anything about this guy.
