I think that is why NBC and MSNBC ran the story about the terrorist responsible for the attack on the Embassy thumbing his nose at America. I think he is being set up (willingly) to replace the Embassador in the trade for the Blind Sheik.
Or he has documented the plot and the White House knows if he dies the truth will come out. If so he is untouchable.
