"$2 million in damages from the City of Ithaca and one dollar from each the four defendants found liable for retaliation"This is EXACTLY BACKWARDS, but the Deep Pockets of the Taxpayers is where the Lawyer goes for his exhorbitant fees.
They should have found the 4 defendants guilty with $2 Million as their penalty, even if they had to implement Garnishment of their wages for the rest of their careers, and the Taxpayer should be liable for only the $4.
