Stay behind the podium, but turn square to zero and say, "Mr President, if you give me the middle finger again, I will come over there and break it off" You cannot do that. Obama will flip it again. However, you have given me a good idea:
"Mister President, if I had an employee who just shot me the middle finger like you just did, I would fire him on-the-spot. Perhaps America needs to fire YOU!"
