There are many Universities, State supported and private, that will give Veterans and their dependents in-state tuition if they use the Post 9/11 GI Bill to pay for tuition.

My daughter is using my GI Bill benefit and UNC-Asheville would not allow her to pay the in-state rate. She went elsewhere.
