This is NOT the season.So true Bill. We have already had a snowstorm here in the High Sierra of California and it is only October 14th. I have hiked all over the Sierra but hiking in the wilderness this time of year can be life threatening.

There are wind warnings for tomorrow. Steady 30 MPH with gusts 50-60 MPH. Some gusts may peak at 85 MPH on Monday night. Rain tonight and tomorrow night, then snow from Tuesday onward inside Glacier. A very bad time to be "lost".
