attorneys who file these actions should be PERSONALLY liable for all the court costs and fees AS WELL as any sponsoring organizations.
This case should have been removed to the federal courts and ended there.
This same “logic’ should be applied when a “caught & released” illegal alien commits a crime. If it’s a drunk diving accident, sue everyone; go after all government offices, all “community” groups that aid illegals, whomever sold the car or owner that lent the car, the bar the illegal drank at, etc. Make a mess of it
